General Information
Scholars wishing to present a paper at NACAL 40 must submit an abstract.
Abstracts describing the precise topic treated with a length of approximately
200-300 words can be sent with the online form below, or as an electronic version
(pdf or word document) over email. The deadline for submission is November 15, 2011.
After this date, no paper submissions will be accepted.
Prospective conference attendants have three options by which they may
register for NACAL 40: Online Registration,
Registration by Email, and Registration
via Post. Registration costs $75 dollars ($45
dollars for students and those from soft-currency countries). Registration
may be made at any point up to the time of the conference, but early registrations
are eligible for a reduced price of $60 ($30
dollars for students and those from soft-currency countries).
Registration must be made on or before January 20th, 2010,
in order to qualify for the reduced price. No registration will be considered
complete until we receive your check or money order, payable to Charles Haberl and sent to the address given below.

If you are presenting a paper, please include the title
of your paper and a brief (200-300) word abstract. You
may include the abstract within the body of your email or send it as an
attachment. The following formats are acceptable: .doc, .rtf, .txt, and
.pdf.

Be sure to include the words NACAL 39 Registration followed
by your name in the subject line of your email.
